Emotional Support Animal Consultation

Life Connections is now providing emotional support animal (ESA) consultations. If you have an animal in your life that helps alleviate your symptoms, you can now schedule a consultation with Mary Ridenour, LPC-MHSP. After filling out the registration paperwork, you can schedule an in-person or virtual appointment where Mary will speak with you and watch you interact with your emotional support eligible animal. If all criteria are met, Mary will then write you a letter prescribing your animal for emotional support.

Payment is required at the time when the appointment is confirmed.

Insurance does not cover ESA services, so all appointments are at the following direct rates:

• $150 – consultation and ESA letter provided within 10 business days
  • additional $45 for expedited same-day letter
