Furthermore, Hallie also has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, behavioral concerns, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.

Hallie pulls from a variety of treatment modalities to meet the individual needs of each unique client. She believes that the first and most important part of the therapy process is creating a safe, healthy, and strong therapeutic relationship with the client. With a person-centered approach as her main modality, she aims to ensure an empathetic relationship with the client while also utilizing mindfulness, CBT, and DBT techniques when appropriate. Additionally, Hallie also believes it is important to approach things from a holistic viewpoint to learn how the mind and body can work together.

Hallie believes that a positive therapy experience begins on a base of trust, rapport, safety, and comfort. When life gets overwhelming, Hallie wants to ensure that she provides you with a supportive environment to face life’s challenges. She is excited to be taking on clients and to help you on your life’s journey!
