Sami offers a holistic, person-centered approach to counseling, rooted in unconditional positive regard. She utilizes an integrative framework, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailoring her approach to meet each client’s individual needs. As a Christian counselor and worship leader, Sami is available to integrate faith-based perspectives into the counseling process for clients who desire it, offering spiritual support alongside mental and emotional care.

Sami is committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and discover practical solutions for a more fulfilling and balanced life.
